Station 1


FRED EVERETT ROAD

Station 1 is located on Fred Everett Road, just off of Hwy 258 North. This station houses Engine 11, Engine 12, Rescue 1, Squad 1, Brush 1 and our Rescue Boats. Station 1 was built in 1987, 2 miles north of the original station. In 2004, this site was expanded with 3 additional truck bays, several additional offices, meeting rooms, a day room, and sleeping quarters. Station 1 is also home to our training facility and flashover simulator.

Station 2


HWY 258 NORTH

Station 2 is located on Hwy 258 North, just north of Pauls Path Road. This station is home to Engine 2, Engine 22, Tanker 2, and Lenoir County EMS Medic 3. This is the original North Lenoir Fire & Rescue station built in 1966. Station 2 has undergone several renovations and additions, most recently in 2013 when the roof and bay doors were replaced, and the building was repainted.

Station 3


KENNEDY HOME ROAD

Station 3 is located on Kennedy Home Road, 2 miles south of Hwy 70. Engine 3 and Tanker 3 are stationed here. This location was built in 2007 to improve our ability to serve residents living in the southwestern part of our fire district. Station 3 features 3 bays, a day room/meeting room, kitchen and dining room, and living quarters.
